    Customer: Yes."
    Technician: "Great! To agree to receive updates, please reply with 'YES' to the confirmation message you will receive shortly."

  • Sample Opt-In Confirmation Message:
    "Sound Technology Inc: Reply YES to receive text message updates for your repair updates and service alerts . Msg frequency varies. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel

2. Clear Disclosure & Messaging Compliance

At the point of consent, users are informed of:
